Description
Cast alloy structure, fully covered with AISI 304 stainless steel casing. Speed reducer with 4 hardened steel gears enclosed in an oil bath sealed box. Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray. A simple rotation of a lever disengages the grinding unit, which is made entirely of stainless steel. The machine can be easily cleaned in all its parts with a damp cloth.
Safe: complies with European and international standards. Ventilated motor.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT: self-sharpening and stainless steel knife and plate Ø=6mm, s/s hopper and meat bowl, pestle, plug shuko if single-phase.
